Eric C Woodgate is the founder of the practice. Eric is a highly experienced Regeneration & Built Environment Specialist, Civil Engineer, Transport Planner and Project Coordinator and has been in the development and construction industry since leaving the British Army in 1989. Eric has been a member of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) and a technical contributor and advisor to CEEQUAL, which is an evidence-based Sustainability Assessment and Awards Scheme for civil engineering, infrastructure, landscaping, and the public realm. Eric’s experience includes working with Local and Central Government, as well as a number of leading engineering consultancies. Eric is an Incorporated Civil Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Transport Planner and Chartered Builder (Fellow) with wide-ranging knowledge of the development process. Eric specialises in strategic input for feasibility, planning, design and delivery of large-scale residential and commercial developments. Eric has also been a Technical Contributor and Advisor for a number of publications including Kerb your Enthusiasm (PACTS 2010), Manual for Streets 2 (CIHT 2010), CEEQUAL – Contract, New Works and International (2011).
